Thank you for visiting my web site and blessings to you. My goal is to help make tax time less stressful for you while preparing your return and explaining tax law in such a way that you will understand while providing useful information to help you make wise decisions about your finances.

You will find information here about my tax practice that I hope will help you feel more comfortable doing business with me; that tells you a little about who I am & why I do what I do.  On each page are some links to other helpful sites. 

EasyTax Solutions has been serving the Colorado Springs community since 1994, specializing in preparing individual and small business (Schedule C) returns.  I don’t do partnership or corporation returns. For those needing help with corporate or partnership returns, I have a working relationship with a local CPA who I refer those returns to.

My philosophy regarding income taxes is closely associated with what I find in the Bible. As a Christian, paying our taxes is biblical; in fact, Jesus paid his taxes. See Matthew 17:27. Jesus said,  "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's."  Matthew 22: 15 - 22.

Paul also addresses the subject of taxes in the book of Romans. chapter 13.

6 This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. 7 Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

Using a professional tax preparer who studies tax law all year will help prevent you from paying more than your fair share
